SEO judged on the pages that bring enquiries, not the ones that rank.
Technical work, on-page structure, content and digital PR, all delivered in-house by people who know your site — reported against the terms that actually put work in the diary.
Request a free auditThe problem
Most SEO retainers are a report, not a programme.
A monthly ranking export is easy to produce and tells you almost nothing. It rewards tracking terms that were already winnable, ignores the pages that convert, and hides the fact that very little was changed on the site itself.
The work that moves organic revenue is unglamorous: fixing what stops pages being crawled and indexed, giving each page a single clear job, building internal links that pass authority where it is needed, and earning coverage that a real editor chose to publish.
It is also several crafts rather than one. Technical SEO, content and digital PR each need somebody who does that work properly, and all three sit in our own team. The templates, the taxonomy, the redirects and the site's history stay in one place instead of being split between subcontractors.
What we take over
- Technical audit: crawl depth, index bloat, canonicals and redirects
- Core Web Vitals — LCP, INP and CLS measured on field data, not lab scores
- Structured data: Organization, LocalBusiness, Product, FAQ and Article schema
- Information architecture and internal linking across the whole site
- Keyword and intent mapping, one primary intent per URL
- On-page work: titles, headings, copy, entity and topic coverage
- Content briefs and production against E-E-A-T expectations
- Digital PR and link acquisition through genuine editorial placement
- Log file and crawl budget analysis where site size warrants it
- Migration planning, redirect mapping and post-launch monitoring
Where AI does the work
Applied where it removes drudgery, not where it removes judgement.
Every AI process below is reviewed by your specialist before anything is published or pushed live.
Crawl and log analysis
Full-site crawls and server logs are parsed automatically to group thousands of URLs into patterns — template faults, orphaned pages, wasted crawl budget — rather than a list nobody reads.
Content gap mapping
Language models compare your coverage of a topic against what currently ranks, so briefs are built from what is genuinely missing instead of a keyword volume list.
Internal link suggestions
Existing pages are read for context and candidate links proposed with anchor text that matches the target page's actual subject. Your specialist approves each one.
How it runs
The first ninety days.
Audit and baseline
We crawl the site, review Search Console and analytics, and record where organic sessions and enquiries stand today. Nothing is promised before we know what is broken.
Fix the foundations
Indexation faults, redirect chains, duplicate templates, schema and Core Web Vitals issues are resolved first. There is no point publishing onto a site search engines struggle to read.
Structure and content
Pages are mapped to intent, internal linking is rebuilt, and content is produced against briefs — improving existing pages before adding new ones.
Authority and review
Digital PR and link work begin once the site can hold a ranking. You get a monthly report covering what changed, what moved, and what is next.
Worth knowing
SEO is slow, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
Technical fixes can show up within weeks. Content and authority typically take months, and competitive commercial terms take longer still. We would rather set that expectation at the start than manage a disappointment later.
We also need access to make changes — the CMS, the DNS, Search Console and, on some sites, a developer. Where that access is not available, our work becomes a list of recommendations somebody else has to action, and results slow accordingly.
We work inside your accounts throughout, and they stay yours. Where the site itself is the obstacle, the developers and the writers sit in the same team as the SEO work, so a fix becomes a job on the roadmap rather than a recommendation waiting on somebody else's schedule.
Pairs naturally with
- AI search optimisation — being cited where search is heading
- Content and social — the production behind the briefs
- Web design and development — when the site itself is the constraint
