A message that is sent is not a message that arrives.
Authentication, sender reputation and A2P 10DLC registration handled properly, then monitored — so the campaigns, reminders and quotes your marketing depends on reach the inbox and the handset rather than a spam folder or a carrier filter.

Delivery failures are almost always silent.
A campaign that is not delivered is a campaign that did not happen, whatever the send report says. A sending platform reports a message as sent whether it landed in the inbox, the promotions tab, the spam folder, or nowhere at all. Carrier filtering of unregistered SMS traffic frequently produces no error the sender ever sees. So the automation looks healthy, the dashboard looks healthy, and the replies simply do not come.
The causes are rarely exotic. A missing or misconfigured DMARC record. Marketing sent from the same domain as invoices, so one campaign complaint damages the mail your business depends on. An A2P campaign rejected for a sample message that does not match the consent flow on the website. A DNS record removed by a developer during an unrelated migration.
This is administrative, unglamorous work with real revenue attached to it, which is exactly why it is so often left half-finished. Your specialist owns it end to end and keeps checking it, because a configuration that was correct in March is not automatically correct in September.
What we take over
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC records published, validated and aligned
- DMARC reporting collected and read, then policy moved from monitoring to enforcement deliberately
- A dedicated sending subdomain, so marketing volume cannot damage your transactional and invoicing mail
- Warm-up of a new sending domain or IP at a sensible pace
- A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, driven through to approval
- Rejected campaign submissions diagnosed, corrected and resubmitted until they pass
- Google and Yahoo bulk sender requirements met: authentication, one-click unsubscribe, and complaint rates kept low
- Bounce, complaint and spam-placement monitoring with alerts on drift
- DNS drift checks, so a record removed during a website change is caught quickly
- Consent capture, opt-out language and suppression list hygiene reviewed against your sending practice
Where AI does the work
Applied where it removes drudgery, not where it removes judgement.
Registration submissions and DNS changes are always reviewed by your specialist before they are filed or published.
Record checking
SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are parsed and compared against your active senders on a schedule, catching lookup limits, orphaned includes and records that quietly disappeared.
Content screening
Templates are checked before send for the patterns that trigger filtering: link shorteners, mismatched sending domains, heavy image-to-text ratios and missing plain-text alternatives.
Bounce classification
Hard bounces, soft bounces, blocks and filter responses are grouped by cause and receiving provider, which turns a wall of failure codes into one actionable pattern.
How it runs
Diagnose, authenticate, register, monitor.
Diagnose
We inventory every system sending on your behalf, test current authentication, review recent bounce and complaint data, and place seed messages to see where mail is actually landing across the major providers.
Authenticate
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are corrected and aligned, and a dedicated sending subdomain is introduced and warmed. DMARC starts in monitoring mode and moves to enforcement only once the reports are clean.
Register
A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration is prepared with sample messages and an opt-in flow that matches what your website and forms genuinely do. Rejections are corrected and resubmitted until approved.
Monitor
Placement, bounces, complaints, DNS records and registration status are watched continuously. You receive a monthly report of delivery health, what drifted and what was corrected.
Worth knowing
Carrier and platform fees are billed by those providers, not by us.
Carrier registration fees, per-message charges, email sending costs and any platform licence — including GoHighLevel, where that is what you send from — are paid directly to those providers at cost. Our fee is flat and does not vary with your sending volume.
Two limits are worth stating plainly. Carrier and registry approval timelines are outside anyone's control, and a submission can be rejected for reasons that are not documented in advance — we correct and resubmit, but we cannot compel a decision or promise a date. And deliverability cannot rescue a purchased or scraped list; where consent is not genuine, the correct advice is to stop sending to it rather than to authenticate the sending harder.
Pairs naturally with
- CRM and RevOps — the system doing most of the sending
- Marketing automation — the sequences and reminders that depend on delivery
- Content and social — the newsletters and campaigns that have to land
