Suspended, unverified, or stuck — we deal with the hard part.

Profile creation, video verification, suspension appeals and reinstatement, multi-location management and local ranking. The work most agencies decline to touch, handled by a specialist who has done it before.

The problem

A suspended profile takes the phone off the hook overnight.

For a local business, the profile is often the single largest source of calls and direction requests. When it is suspended, disabled or fails verification, that traffic stops the same day — and the support process offers no timeline, no named contact and very little explanation.

Most agencies avoid this work because it is unpredictable and cannot be run to a template. Appeals are decided on evidence, and a weak first appeal makes the next one harder. Verification has moved largely to video, which means recording a continuous, unedited walkthrough that proves the address, the equipment and your authority over the business — in one take, to requirements that are not written down anywhere in full.

We do this work ourselves rather than passing it to a reinstatement broker. Your specialist builds the evidence pack, makes the submission, handles the follow-up, and tells you plainly what the realistic outcome is.

What we take over

  • Profile creation, claiming and recovery of access from a previous owner or agency
  • Video verification — planning the route, the evidence to capture, and the retake if it fails
  • Suspension diagnosis: soft versus hard suspension, and the guideline actually breached
  • Reinstatement appeals with a documented evidence pack, and escalation where refused
  • NAP consistency across the site, directories and data aggregators
  • Primary and secondary category selection, tested against local competitors
  • Service areas, service lists, attributes, hours and holiday hours
  • Multi-location structures, bulk management and store code hygiene
  • Google Posts, product and service entries, and photo cadence
  • Review generation, response writing and removal requests for policy breaches
  • Local landing pages, Q&A seeding and local citation building

Where AI does the work

Applied to the monitoring, not to the appeal itself.

Every AI process below is reviewed by your specialist before it reaches Google or a customer.

Listing consistency checks

Name, address, phone and hours are gathered from across the web and compared automatically, so contradictions that undermine verification are found before Google finds them.

Review response drafting

Replies are drafted in your voice within hours of a review appearing, then edited and approved by your specialist. Nothing is posted unread.

Grid rank tracking

Visibility is sampled across a map grid around each location rather than a single point, so you can see the radius you actually rank in and where it thins out.

A note on appeals: Reinstatement is decided by Google, on evidence, and no agency controls the outcome. What changes the odds is a correctly diagnosed cause, a complete evidence pack and a first appeal that does not waste its chance. We tell you honestly when a case is weak.

How it runs

From suspension to steady management.

  1. Diagnose

We establish the profile's exact status, who holds ownership, and which guideline is likely to have triggered the suspension — commonly address eligibility, a virtual office, a mismatched category, or a name stuffed with keywords.

  2. Correct, then appeal

The breach is fixed first, because appealing an uncorrected profile burns the attempt. We then assemble the evidence — signage, premises, utility bills, insurance, registration — and submit the appeal with a written account of what changed.

  3. Verify

Where verification is required we script the video walkthrough in advance, attend the recording, and resubmit promptly if it is rejected. Postcard, phone and email routes are used where they remain available.

  4. Rank and maintain

Once live, we work on categories, services, reviews, posts, photos and local pages, and report grid visibility, calls, direction requests and messages each month.

Worth knowing

Some profiles cannot be reinstated, and we will say so early.

If a business does not meet Google's eligibility rules — no staffed premises in the area served, an address at a mailbox or co-working desk, or a history of repeated breaches — no appeal will fix that. In those cases we explain what would need to change and what visibility is realistically available without it.

Timelines are not ours to set either. Some appeals resolve in days, others take weeks of correspondence. We keep you informed at each stage rather than reporting only when there is good news.

The profile stays under your ownership throughout; we are added as a manager on it, and that access can be withdrawn at any time. Local visibility is also one part of a wider programme. The pages the profile points to, the content behind them and the handling of the calls it generates are run by the same team, to one roadmap.
