Every enquiry your marketing earns lands here.
Implementation, migration and day-to-day management of GoHighLevel by our in-house team — so the enquiries your paid and organic work produces are captured, routed and followed up rather than lost between tools.

A CRM is marketing infrastructure. It is usually treated as an IT chore.
An enquiry costs the same to generate whether it becomes a booked job or dies unattended in a pipeline stage, which is why the CRM belongs to the marketing programme rather than to a folder of software nobody owns. The usual support arrangement assumes the opposite. Something breaks, you notice it, you raise a ticket, and someone unfamiliar with your build looks at it days later. That model depends entirely on you spotting the failure, and the failures that cost the most are the ones nobody sees.
A workflow republished into draft state stops sending. A tag renamed by a colleague quietly breaks every automation filtering on it. An API key expires. An OAuth connection to a calendar or ad platform drops overnight and the sync stops without an error anyone reads. None of these announce themselves. The enquiries simply stop arriving, and the first symptom is a thin month.
A specialist who is in your CRM every week knows what normal looks like in it: the rhythm of enquiries across the week, the stage they tend to stall at, what the ad platform sync writes each morning. That is the difference between catching a silent failure on the day it happens and discovering it at the next quarterly review, several months of enquiries later.
What we take over
- Sub-account setup, pipelines and opportunity stages defined around how you actually sell
- Custom fields, custom values and tagging conventions documented and enforced
- Migration from your existing CRM, including de-duplication and field mapping
- Calendars with availability rules, buffers, round-robin assignment and conflict checking against existing bookings
- Forms, surveys, funnels and ad platform lead forms wired into the correct pipeline
- Workflow build, versioning and testing before anything goes live
- Snapshots created and maintained so a working configuration can be restored or replicated
- User roles, permissions and team access
- Attribution reporting so you can see which source produced which booked job
- Proactive monitoring of workflows, integrations and connections
Where AI does the work
Applied where it removes drudgery, not where it removes judgement.
Nothing below alters your CRM until your specialist has reviewed what it proposes.
Record de-duplication
Matching across name, telephone and email variants during migration, so contact history is merged rather than fragmented across near-identical records.
Data hygiene
Inconsistent field entries, malformed telephone numbers and stalled opportunities are flagged for review rather than left to distort your reporting.
Failure detection
Automated checks on workflow execution, publish state, tag integrity and connection health, alerting your specialist when something stops behaving as it did yesterday.
How it runs
From audit to steady state.
Audit and map
We document what exists: pipelines, workflows, tags, custom fields, integrations and where the data currently lives. We map your sales process as it genuinely runs, not as an org chart describes it.
Build and migrate
Pipelines, stages, custom fields and calendars are configured. Existing records are migrated with field mapping and de-duplication, and a snapshot is taken once the structure is stable.
Automate and test
Workflows are built, published and tested with real test records end to end. Nothing is considered live until we have watched a contact travel the full path and land in the right stage.
Monitor and refine
Your specialist is in the account daily, checking integration and connection health. Each month you receive pipeline movement, source attribution and a plain account of what changed.
Worth knowing
Platform licences are billed by those providers, not by us.
The subscription, together with any usage charges for calls, messaging or email, is paid directly to the platform at cost. Our fee is flat and moves neither with your usage nor with your advertising spend. GoHighLevel is a trademark of HighLevel Inc.; we work in the platform every day, but we are not affiliated with it.
A CRM only reflects the process you give it. If your sales process is genuinely undefined, configuration will not settle the question, and we will say so before building something that has to be rebuilt in three months. The honest first step is often a shorter mapping engagement rather than a full implementation.
Pairs naturally with
- Paid search — the enquiries the pipeline has to hold
- Marketing automation — connecting the CRM to everything outside it
- Email and SMS deliverability — making sure what the CRM sends arrives
